PreOrders

Preorders are for items that are advertised in the PREVIEW catalogue for that month which closes at the end of the particular month.

For example: in the month of June, preorders for items in JUNE's preview catalogue will be closed on the 3rd week of June.

Any orders after the dateline regardless whether it has been released or not will not be guaranteed, but G & B will try its best and should not be a problem unless allocations occurs at the supplier side.

Please take note that if items are allocated, priority will be given to those who ordered earlier.

ReOrders

Re-orders are for items that has already been released or the preorder window has closed. All re-orders will be filed and G & B will try its best to fulfill them but they are not guaranteed, especially for items that’s has been released for a long time.

Return Policy

Once the Item has been purchased, we do not accept any returns unless there is a production fault or valid reason and is subjected to approval.

However, should the "flaw" happen to be minor problem such as the paint job, serial numbers etc, we will not accept the return. Please check the item carefully before purchase.

All returned items must be accompanied by the proper receipts and within 7 days for validation purposes.

NO COMICS RETURNS are accepted regardless of any reasons.

Reservations

Our reservation policy is to hold the items for a maximum of 1 week from the time the item arrives. Once the item is not collected after the date specified, we reserved the right to release the item

Comics Reservations

All pre-orders are guaranteed and all comics can be reserved up to a maximum of 1 month. Longer reservation period would be allow for exception cases like working overseas and customer must inform the shop personnel beforehand.

First Priority will be given to members with the titles in their ongoing standing orders.

Second Priority will be given to phone/email orders but no guarantees as the stock might not be enough.

Third Priority will be given to walk in sales

Members are advised to check their standing orders with the system regularly.

Variants

Variants are controlled items that is determined by the number of books ordered which can be sold.

GnB can search for the variants if there is not enough stocks but no guarantees.

Annual / One Shots / Special Edition

All Annuals/One Shot/ Special Edition will not be included with the ongoing title reservations as many members do not want the extra titles.

They will only be file din when the Annuals/One Shot/ Special Edition are specifically instructed by the members themselves.
