G & B Comics Policies Pre Orders Preorders are for items that are advertised in the PREVIEW catalogue for that month which closes at the end of the particular month. For example: in the month of June, preorders for items in JUNE's preview catalogue will be closed on the 3rd week of June. Any orders after the dateline regardless whether it has been released or not will not be guaranteed, but G & B will try its best and should not be a problem unless allocations occurs at the supplier side. Please take note that if items are allocated, priority will be given to those who ordered earlier. ONLY PREORDERED ITEMS WILL BE GUARANTEED! Re Orders Re-orders are for items that has already been released or the preorder window has closed. All re-orders will be filed and G & B will try its best to fulfill them but they are not guaranteed, especially for items that’s has been released for a long time. Return Policy Once the Item has been purchased, we do not accept any returns unless there is a production fault or valid reason and is subjected to approval. However, should the "flaw" happen to be minor problem such as the paint job, serial numbers etc, we will not accept the return. Please check the item carefully before purchase. All returned items must be accompanied by the proper receipts and within 7 days for validation purposes. NO COMICS RETURNS are accepted regardless of any reasons.
